My philosophy
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with good nutrition and maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your individual needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

What I Do
I offer training sessions in my home or at yours or we can change it up and do sessions at the park! As a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist through ISSA, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. I realize that life happens, but that doesn't mean your physical fitness needs to be on hold!

Strength Training
Everyone of us is different, and our fitness needs differ as well. I can make your sessions to fit your needs and your goals. Whether your goals are to be more flexible, gain muscle, tone up, obtain better balance, prep for an upcoming show, lose weight, get fit after having a baby or just want to be more active. Virtual training session
With the rise in technology I'm excited to offer online trainings! After your initial assessment, figuring out your goals and how often you want to workout I'll get stared customizing your sessions. You get 2-6 videos of your workouts for the next 4 weeks that show and explain what your workout, why and how to execute them correctly,  Weekly checkins from me, tips and recipes will help you on your journey to better health.

Buddy sessions
Do you have a friend that has the same fitness goals as you? Maybe you just love to have a workout partner! This option is a great way for you to get fit with your buddies!

Nutritional Guidance
Good nutrition fits with regular activity like a key fits into a lock! That's why I offer nutritional guidance that is specific to you, your needs and your lifestyle. What we eat or don't eat has a direct impact on your health. Getting on the right path to health can be hard, there's much information out there! Let me help you hone in the best and healthiest way for you to eat to meet your goals!
