🌟New🌟year’s here! And with that is looking 👀 back at the past year at what we achieved✅ and what we want to do differently. What is/are your goal/goals📋?

There’s SO much information out there though and it’s hard to know whet is best for you. AND a ton of misinformation!
Let’s talk about fat. Why? Because it gets a bad rep.
Did you know your fat cells communicates through hormone signals with other organs throughout your body, as well as with your central nervous system, to regulate your metabolism? You might be saying, “Duh! That’s my issue”Did you know they provide energy storage, insulation from extreme temperatures and cushioning around soft organs. These cells secrete hormones that help regulate energy balance, hunger and satiety, metabolism and inflammatory response. You might be thinking, not helping, this sounds like more bad news: 🛑✋Hold up, wait a minute! Everything about these cells that could do weight gain in our bodies ALSO is what helps us with WEIGHT LOSS! 🤯
Did you know after the age of 20 you more or less have the same exact amount of fat cells the rest of your life? Overweight or not. AND that your body will replace dead fat cells the same rate no matter what? DEPRESSING!! 🤮

And did you further know that if you just decide to go on a caloric deficit and it’s greater than a certain amount your body may hold onto fat stores if your eating habits are inconsistent or too restricted?
Let’s not give our fat cells any more bad reps. Fat is more than just an energy-storing mass. It also functions as an endocrine organ, meaning it synthesizes and releases hormones. These hormones influence a wide range of biological processes in the body. AKA you need them to be healthy.
So, how do we loose weight then??? By reducing the SIZE of the cells. And how do we do that? Good nutrition and consistency in exercise. How do you know what nutrition is best for you and exercises for that matter? This is where I come in. I will customize a nutrition plan to fit you, not one that fit another client and it worked so I’m going to use it on you too. This is for YOU. And I’ll do work out plans with you to help you get stronger where you need to, tighten and tone where you want, build muscle where you have weakness and get you the results that will make you have a healthier rest of your life.
